Delete your account

You can have your RSoft AI Sponsor account and its data deleted at any time. Deletion is permanent.
How to request it
- In the app, open each agent you sponsor and tap Unlink. This revokes your sponsor binding so the agent is not left answering to a key that no longer exists. If you skip this, the agent stays paused until someone links it again.
- Send an email to rikiricardo16@hotmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". No other information is needed.
- We reply to confirm and delete the account within 30 days. You will get a final confirmation when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account (email and credentials).
- The list of agents you follow and the names you gave them.
- Your chats and mailbox messages stored on our side.
- Push tokens and preferences.
- The link between your sponsor address and your account.
What stays
- The bank's audit trail of signed decisions (approvals, pauses, limits), because it documents who authorized a loan. It is tied to a wallet address, not to your email.
- Anything already written to the public blockchain, which nobody can delete.
- The signing key on your phone: uninstalling the app removes it. It was never on our servers.
If you only want to stop notifications or forget one phone, sign out in Settings: that removes the phone's push token without deleting the account.
